Exhibition-action GOGOL''S BITHDAY was opened in honor of the 200th anniversary of Nikolai GOGOL and was celebrated April 1, 2009, the date of birth, in the lobby of the Theater On Spasskaya"hung with the work to which he and his works have inspired artists. The audience was welcomed by Nikolai Vasilievich (Boris Pavlovich), and jubilee came to congratulate Pushkin (Stepanov), Dostoevsky (Andrianov) and Tolstoy (Rusinow).

Great Russian writers were clink the glass of milk and invited guests to enjoy a huge piece of cabbage cake with the inscription "GOGOL-200 and two hundred candles. There was a round Loaf-loaves, and three-Rus-drawn great writers and autograph session.
